The Tavern at Tobin Resort is straight from the past. Designed to look like a train car, it has been a resident of Tobin since the early part of the 1900's. A little piece of info about it: when the railroad was the transportation route, it was located at the top of the hill, next to the tracks. Then when the highway was laid back in 1936, they dragged the building down the hill to the highway, added another section and called it the new tavern. What a way to travel! Featuring a forty foot long bar, a pool table, an outside sitting patio, and a fabulous view of a waterfall, there isn't a more relaxing spot to hang out and have some cool drinks after a long day of wilderness adventure.
